It’s an invaluable tool, ensuring employees navigate the complexities of cash balance plans with confidence and precision.

What It Takes

Complete QKA® or QKS™

RPF or 3 years of industry experience

Pass the CBS final exam, and apply for the credential.

Content

The CBS program includes 15 online modules, a practice exam, and a final proctored exam.

Exam Information

The CBS exam is delivered using a proctored online examination system. The exam consists of 75 multiple-choice questions. Candidates have 2½ hours to complete the exam.
